Interactive media

By day I work at The Jellyvision Lab, a Chicago-based software company that specializes in employee benefits support. I’m part of a team of content developers who build features for the ALEX Benefits Counselor, an interactive conversation designed to guide employees through their open enrollment decisions. We use proprietary authoring tools to hand-craft the intricate branching paths that make up the conversation, as well as maintain part of the underlying codebase that drives the content. And because Jellyvision implements a unique version of Benefits Counselor for each corporate client, my team also provides technical support to the implementation team and designs custom features that address clients’ unique benefits configurations.
